The Coptic Heritage Lovers Association held its first forum on modern Coptic art for the year 2023, yesterday, Saturday, at the Church of the Virgin Mary in Ard El Golf.

The symposium was held on the anniversary of Dr. Isaac Fanous and was titled: “Isaac Fanous – Pioneer of Icon Art in the Modern Age.”

The symposium was supervised by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Society, Engineer Sami Mitri, and it was addressed by a member of the Board of Directors, Prof. Dr. Sami Sabry, Dr. Jalal Ramzy, Dr. Martha Naoum, and Dr. Mary Gerges.

The symposium also witnessed several interventions, most notably from Dr. Isaac Ajban, Eng. Isaac Hanna and Dr. Maged Fahmy.
